My background is in enterprise IT, mobile device management and end-user technology.
I've worked across technical support, application support and device management, including experience at SOTI, and I currently work professionally with end-user devices in a large multi-site environment.
I started Adal Nawaz Tech to help smaller businesses with the everyday IT jobs that often get passed around internally when there isn't a dedicated IT person.
I keep things straightforward, practical and easy to understand. You deal with me directly, not a call centre or a ticket queue.
